1. How long have you been in the adult industry?

Oceania: I have been creative my whole life.  But never found a real home for my beliefs until I found the adult Internet.  I was so tired of people compartmentalizing their lives.  There was the work face, the play face, the Sunday go to meeting face and the lets get romantic face.  In 94 I answered a call to be the voice for a program to help handicap people use touch screens.  As a kicker I added a few teasers...you know those fun to do  OOOHHHBaby sound effects.  It lead to fan mail and to the creation of my first erotic CD named, "DREAMS AND BEDTIME STORIES."  This collection of audio erotic was sold in Playboy and was the first to bridge the gap between what men and women want in adult entertainment.  But I really wasn't aware of the scope of the adult industry until 98 when a distributor found my audio CD and asked me to create audio stories for webmasters.

2. Can you give our readers a little background about yourself? What did you do before you got in this business?

Oceania: I have always been a creative person.  I went to school to be an illustrator, taught photographers how to use Photoshop.  I like renovating houses.  I can put in tile, plaster walls, lay wood floors, I can even do electrical.  I have my own power tools, but I can also turn a phrase, and spin poetry.  Money is not a motivating factor for me.  Now don't get me wrong it is nice to have, and I hate worrying about where the next meal is coming from but it doesn't impress me, make me fearful or envious.  There is something magical about creation.  Creating something I am proud of makes me want to create more, that is what drives me.

3. How did your previous job/profession help you in what you do today?

Oceania: I don't know if it helped.  In the beginning the adult web was very pigeon holed.  If you produced pictures of naked women you were successful.  If you tried to make beautiful sites with more mind sex than eye candy you didn't fit in.  Neither the targeted surfer nor the other webmasters knew what to do with that kind of content.

4. Can you tell us about your website(s) - what it is and what it offers?

Oceania: Unlike the power players in the industry I only have two sites that offer affiliate programs for the adult Webmaster.  And while both cater to audio and text story erotica more importantly they support the doctrine that:  Sex is not just for men. 5.You are the Queen of personal audio, what would someone expect when they request a personal recording.

Oceania: What they can expect?  Their desires realized.  Their minds engaged homework and research done.  When a client requests a personal encounter they provide me with information more than just gender, hair and eye color.  I ask in-depth questions about their fantasies.  I become their fantasies and live them in spoken word.

6. Please set the mental image // picture of what you get into when you are creating a personal CD for someone.

Oceania: Well I start with asking a lot of personal questions.  I want my stories to hit home on many levels.  I intertwine specific locations, senses, key words that will evoke emotions for the person this is created for.  I have a very loyal fan base because of it.  These personal encounters can take anywhere from a day to 2 weeks to write and record depending on the demands of my clients.  My favorite fantasy involved one written for a blind doctor.  After researching his hometown, his habits and his favorite fantasies I took him on a journey of sexual freedom with a stranger.  This encounter took place at his favorite bed and breakfast the woman in the encounter (me) was blindfolded.  The sensation I had during the stories creations were so heightened because of the sensory depravation.  All I can say is the research is my high.  And it conveys itself in the tone of the story, once hooked my clients come back on a regular basis to purchase stories for special occasions.  One couple I create for has me plan their sexual vacations.  They pick a place and I research the location, restaurants, hotels, transportation, sites etc and plan a week of extravagant sex for them.  It's great fun!

7. What is the most important thing you have learned over the years in this industry?

Oceania: Most people are surprised that there is someone like me out there.  But in reality there are many like me.  We are mostly under the radar perhaps not making much in the way of money but following our dreams and our destiny.

8. What is your favorite part about working in this business?

Oceania: The other creative, programmers, writers, poets, artists, photographers the flow of thoughts, ideas, dreams shared in a community where there is always room to grow.

9. If you were starting all over today, would you do anything differently? And if so what would that be?

Oceania: I would be more aware of what makes money and I would compromise less on the important ideas.

10. What are three things would you like to see changed (be it positive or negative) in this industry, tomorrow, a week from now, or a year down the road?

Oceania: With so many eyes watching with magnified glasses looking down pointed noses.  I would like us to more self governing and to have more outward support to those taking risks to put a more reasonable voice in government as it concerns the adult entertainment business.

11. What piece of advice would you give yourself if you were just starting out in this industry?

Oceania: Treat this as a business, and too make sure you can share it with your loved ones, a spouse, or lover, only pretending to understand and accept are hindrances to your future.

12. Any new projects in the near future you would like to share with our readers?
